We take great care in crafting each willow bird nest by hand, ensuring quality and durability. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a return or exchange under the following conditions:
Returns & Exchanges
- You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange, excluding postage.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging where possible.
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Faulty Items
- If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund.

- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 working days.
