Workshop Cancellations & Transfers

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as fair as possible while ensuring our workshops remain sustainable. Please read the following cancellation policy before booking:

 

Cancellations by You (the Participant)

• More than 31 days before the workshop date: You may cancel and receive a full refund (excluding booking fees) or transfer your booking to another available workshop date via Jo Sadler Willow's website - not at other venues that are booked externally.

• Between 14 and 31 days before the workshop date, a 50% (excluding booking fees) refund will be issued, or you may fully transfer your booking to another available workshop via Jo Sadler Willow's website, not at other venues that are booked externally.

• Less than 14 days before the workshop date: No refund or transfer will be available, as materials and arrangements will have already been prepared. However, you may send someone in your place, please notify us in advance.

• Transfers will waive the right to a full refund and will be subject to the 50% refund policy up to 14 days before the new workshop, and no refund after this.

 

Cancellations by Jo Sadler Willow

In the unlikely event that Jo needs to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, extreme weather, or low bookings), participants will be offered a full refund (excluding booking fees) or a transfer to a future workshop date.

We will notify participants as soon as possible if a cancellation is necessary.

 

No-Shows

If you do not attend the workshop without prior notice, no refund or transfer will be available.

 

Transfers & Gifted Places

If you cannot attend, you may gift your place to a friend or family member. Please inform us in advance with their details.

 

Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Once expired, they cannot be reissued, refunded, or used. It is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.

Please note that multiple gift cards cannot be used together.
