Willow Harvest Wreath Workshop (morning)

Join us at Radford Mill Farm during their Harvest Festival for a relaxed hour of willow weaving and seasonal creativity.

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll make your own beautiful willow wreath using Somerset willow. Your finished wreath will make a lovely decoration to take home and adorn with seasonal foliage, dried flowers or anything else you fancy once you’re home.

You could also use your wreath as a rustic table decoration or centrepiece, making it a lovely addition to your home throughout autumn and beyond.

No previous willow weaving experience is needed, just come along, get creative and enjoy an hour of willow weaving as part of a wonderful day celebrating the harvest.

About the Harvest Festival

The Radford Mill Farm Harvest Festival runs from 10am–4pm and is free to attend. Enjoy live music, creative workshops, local makers, storytelling, farm animals, apple pressing and bottling, delicious homemade food and plenty of harvest fun for all ages.

Bring along your homegrown apples to be pressed and bottled, explore the farm shop and organic vegetables, and enjoy a wonderful day of community and creativity on the farm.

On-site parking is £4 per car. The festival is cash only, so please remember to bring some cash.

The festival will also be raising money for The Dairy House, a local charity supporting people experiencing homelessness. 20% of every wreath workshop booking will be donated to The Dairy House. So, alongside enjoying a creative hour of willow weaving, your booking will also help support a great local cause.

• Your workshop ticket is separate from the festival and does not include any additional festival activities.

• This course is not suitable for those under 16 years of age.

• Please be aware that willow bark can cause serious allergic reactions in individuals sensitive to aspirin or those taking certain medications (e.g., blood thinners, beta-blockers, or acetaminophen/ Tylenol).
