Service Description

Spend a creative day crafting pheasant or chicken sculptures from natural Somerset willow at Mello View. With expert guidance from Jo Sadler, you’ll learn the skills to design and weave your bird sculpture, perfect for your garden or home. All material is provided and a metal frame will remain in your sculpture to provide support and allow you to relocate it easily. Enjoy a day of creativity and connection with nature, complete with coffee, cake, a seasonal lunch, and afternoon refreshments, all served in a picturesque setting overlooking the Axe Valley. Dietary Requirements and Allergies: When booking, please ensure you contact us regarding any dietary requirements, such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or other preferences, and inform us of any allergies. All food will be prepared by Chef Ed, and we will pass on your information to him. If we are unable to cater to your needs, we will let you know as soon as possible. All food is seasonal and locally sourced, and the menu is set. Please Note: This course is not suitable for under 16's. Maximum 12 people per course. Willow Bark can cause serious allergic reactions in people who are sensitive to aspirin. Willow bark can also interact with certain medications, such as blood thinners, beta-blockers and acetaminophen (Tylenol).
